New Zealand rugby is taking further strides in its vision for equality with a one off warm up clash with the Black Ferns.
The clash is to take place at Eden Park and both teams will be encouraged to treat the match like a real game, leaving nothing on the field.
The Black Ferns have been beefing up their training by enlisting the help of local Jetts PT James who once led a group of 7 people in a morning boot camp when his manger was
once off sick. James told Thai Castle that he was “Really inexperienced for this kind of thing” however he was thankful to his organisation after winning the gig through a internal
staff raffle draw last Friday.
All Blacks coach, Steve Hansen, told Thai Castle “Yeah they are certainly a very real threat, Porche Woodcock is a scary prospect on any field so I’m asking the boys to front up
and give it 100%.”
St John Ambulance has put out an SOS nationwide and the entire fleet will be present on game day.
