NZ Rugby Changes Its Mind, All Blacks To Play at Brisbane 10’s

NZ Rugby has changed its mind and will allow All Blacks to play at this years up and coming Brisbane 10’s tournament.

Many fans were disgruntled over the last week hearing that All Black players would be rested over the tournament due to a hard workload

Steve Tew announced to the media today that a large number of All Blacks would be available for the tournament to add to the star power.

Notable players to take part will be: Christian Cullen, Justin Marshall, Nick Evans, Tony Brown, Andrew Merhtens, Taine Randall, Josh Kronfeld, Todd Blackadder, Pita Alatini, Tana Umaga, Carl Hoeft, Bruce Reihana, Roger Randall, Richie McCaw, Rupeni, Xavier Rush, and many more.

When asked why none of these players were current All Blacks Tew said “Well the fans said they wanted All Blacks they didn’t specify past or present. This will be like watching the 1999 Super 12 competition except the players will be older, fatter and slower.”
