The All Blacks have had the call up to perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration on Friday 20 January, after no American celebrity is willing to take part.
“It’s an honour to be asked, and really what does it matter if he’s scraping the bottom of the barrel?”, Julian Savea told Thai Castle, “this is history and who knows; we could be the last brown foreigners to enter America!”.
Trump will be flying the squad over on Wednesday evening, on a private jet funded by Mexico.
“Believe me, Mexico will pay for this jet, we’ll pay for for first and they’ll pay for it second. I know a great number of people who believe me, and they’re fantastic people. The Mexican President may think otherwise but believe me”, Trump explained at a press conference.
“The boys are ready” said Robyn Hansen, Steve’s wife, who didn’t appreciate Thai Castle on her doorstep at 2am following Trumps late night announcement on Twitter.
